Once you contact us, we will schedule a time to visit the project site. This allows us to listen to your ideas and plans and offer suggestions. Then, before we leave, we also take the necessary measurements.

After we have a good idea of what you are looking for, we will start work on your 3-D rendering. This helps to visualize what the project will look like in your yard.

This is the exciting stage where we finally break ground, and you start to see your design come to life.
Our deck builders will keep you in the loop every step of the way and ensure your project is completed on time or before.
Step 4
Time to crank up the BBQ. Your deck project is finished, and it’s time to enjoy the outdoors. However, before we leave, we bring all hands on deck to check for fit and finish. Then, we walk through the project with you to ensure everything is as good as possible. We finish by going through our five-year warranty and product care information.
Pressure-treated decks are the most affordable option for your deck. A 12×12′ deck with aluminum railing and 4′ stairs starts at $6000.
Pressure-treated decks are infused with preservatives that protect against rot and insects. Over time, however, the wood will naturally fade and lose its original color if left untreated. To maintain its appearance, we recommend applying a penetrating oil every two years to preserve the look and durability of the boards.
We strongly recommend aluminum railing. It adds a clean, modern finish that elevates the overall look of the deck. It’s also a practical choice as wood railings are typically the most time-consuming and difficult part of a deck to stain and maintain, whereas aluminum offers long-term durability with minimal upkeep.
