We take care of all structural design and engineering for your project. Every deck is designed in advance using professional software to ensure it meets or exceeds local building requirements and the National Building Code of Canada. We size joists and beams to limit deflection, so your deck feels solid and never bouncy. If required, we can also handle building permit applications with the City of Saskatoon, Martensville, Warman, or the RM of Corman Park and coordinate all necessary inspections.
