Deck Construction Process

We start by installing Techno Metal Post Helical Screw Piles. This provides a permanent foundation that won’t shift during the freeze-thaw cycle.
Next, with the help of our precision tools, we carefully frame the deck to ensure it is perfectly flat, level and square. We also size the joists for minimal deflection.
Now, it's now time for decking. We install your choice of composite or wood decking. All decks include a picture frame border and professionally trimmed stairs.
Finally, we customize the project so that it is just right for you. We can add a pergola, privacy wall, lights, skirting or anything else needed!
